This course is for operators who need to further their
understanding of key concepts and facilities to provide technical support on an
iSeries.
On completion of this course, you will be able to:

Operations staff involved in the technical support of an iSeries.
The iSeries OPERATIONS course must be attended prior to this course, followed by a further period of hands on operations experience. Delegates with the equivalent knowledge through practical use of the iSeries may also attend this course.
