Sierra's classroom based courses are offered on an extensive public schedule at our training centres in London and Northampton in the UK. All of the scheduled courses are led by skilled instructors with many years of practical experience. The attendance on each public course is restricted to just 8 delegates. We believe very strongly in this personal learning environment, and we will not exceed the maximum number of delegates on a public course.
The classroom is equipped with a Server for the duration of your course. Each delegate is provided with a terminal or PC attached to the Server so that he/she can complete the practical exercises that form part of the course. A printer is available to print out solutions to take away for reference.
Your course will follow the format of a classroom lecture, followed (in most cases) by a practical session to enable you to put the materials into effect. The practical content of each course varies. The informal environment with a limited number of delegates, makes it easier for the instructor to spend time with you, providing assistance on the exercises and answering any questions that you may have.
Sierra provide refreshments (tea, coffee and chilled water) throughout
the course. Sierra also provide delegates with a complementary light lunch at
lunch time. For each course title, dates, duration, start time, the maximum
number of delegates and location is shown. Course fees for public courses are
priced per student, and exclude VAT which is added to all courses run within
the UK.

To schedule your own training event, Sierra can organise
in house courses. These can be organised for
most locations, both in the UK, and Internationally. In some countries, our
International colleagues can provide more
assistance.
Course fees do not include hotel accommodation. Sierra will book hotel accommodation on behalf of all delegates where requested. All charges for hotel accommodation are the responsibility of the delegate. If you are making your own arrangements for accommodation at the hotels used by Sierra, please mention us to obtain your special rates.
